A graduate of the University of Economics in Cracow. For over 20 years associated with the area of ​​digital banking and online financial management. In 2007-2018 at Bank Pekao S.A. as managing director responsible for the implementation of the omnichannel strategy for retail customers and small and medium-sized enterprises. Before joining Pekao S.A. in 2003-2007 operational director at the e-banking area at Bank BPH S.A.

In 2020, Bartłomiej Nocoń joined the Polish Bank Association as director of the payment systems and electronic banking. Since 2021 Bartłomiej Nocoń is a Board Member of the European Payments Council (EPC) in Brussels.

Bartłomiej Nocoń is well recognized expert in the field of modern financial technologies and complex digital banking projects. Originator and co-author of a number of banking innovations that have significantly influenced the dynamic development of the payment system and digital banking in the last years in Poland.
