Wiktor Schmidt – Executive Chairman and co-founder of Netguru, a company providing consulting services in product development, creating software solutions, and product design. Netguru is one of the fastest growing companies in Europe, awarded many times, e.g. by the Financial Times, Deloitte and Forbes. Wiktor co-leads the company’s key initiatives, such as supporting diversity in the company and implementing a sustainable development strategy. Wiktor Schmidt is active as a mentor in the technological environment through organizations such as Endeavor, YPO, Kozminski University and Tech To The Rescue. He is also an active angel investor in several technology startups and board member of Ten Square Games, a free-to-play game studio, and co-founder of the investment fund Supercharge Capital.
