Acting Deputy Director of the Polish Economic Institute.

Specializes in analysis and research for the design, implementation and evaluation of public policies. Previously associated with the Center for European Regional and Local Studies at the University of Warsaw and EGO s.c. He participated in dozens of research, evaluation and training projects for, among others, the European Commission, the European Investment Bank, the Prime Minister’s Office and other public institutions.

Until October 2022, he served as head of the strategy team at the Polish Economic Institute. Graduate of the Center for European Regional and Local Studies at the University of Warsaw.
