Graduated with a Master’s degree in Administration from the University of Lodz and postgraduate studies in Customer Satisfaction Management (SGH), Public Health and Personal Branding and Public Relations (Collegium Humanum). He also completed an MBA in Healthcare Management (Collegium Humanum).
As of September 2018, he was associated with the National Health Fund. Since September 2020, he served as director of the Customer Service Department. At the National Health Fund, he was responsible, among other things, for the project of Telephone Patient Information (800190590), the first 24/7 toll-free hotline for information on patient rights and the functioning of the health care system in Poland. Director Pawel Kikosicki also implemented the National Immunization Program hotline (989), and conceptualized and organized prevention and health promotion desks in the service rooms of NFZ provincial branches. He supervised the patient.gov.pl website and, together with his team, coordinated cooperation with patient organizations in the form of the Patient Organization Forum.
