Grzegorz Jóźwiak, Director, Hydrogen Technologies and Synthetic Fuels Department, PKN ORLEN S.A.

Grzegorz joined PKN ORLEN in 2004, and he is currently a Director of Hydrogen Technologies and Synthetic Fuels Department. He has deep and broad experience in the oil, gas, chemical production processes, low emission solutions from an operational and optimization point of view. Years of successful experience in teams management with deliverables results. Broad experience in the implementation of hydrogen projects. Responsible for coordination of the implementation of the hydrogen strategy at PKN ORLEN. Knowledge of low-emission hydrogen production technology, Co-author and business owner of the Hydrogen Eagle project, a comprehensive infrastructure project implemented by ORLEN Group in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Created and launched the first Hydrogen Academy for students in Poland. Coordination the processes of obtaining non-repayable funding from European programs such as Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI).
. Author of many improvement projects improving margin by hardware solution as well as digitalization of assets (EMS, VR, APC). Coordination of carbon neutrality direction based on hydrogen value chain implementation.
