Dominika Stępińska-Duch is Director of the Legal Division of Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland, she also manages the Corporate Affairs area. She serves on the management boards of several group companies – TVN S.A., STAVKA sp. z o.o., Green Content sp. z o.o., Scripps Networks Polska sp. z o.o., Turner Broadcasting System Poland sp. z o.o., Warner Bros. Entertainment Polska sp. z o.o. and HBO Polska sp. z o.o. – and at the TVN Foundation. In addition, she is Vice President of the Association of Private Media Employers at the Lewiatan Confederation.

She has over 20 years of professional experience. She has repeatedly held top positions in renowned Polish and international industry rankings, including Rzeczpospolita, Chambers & Partners and Who is Who Legal. In 2021, she was listed as one of the „25 best lawyers in business” by Forbes Women magazine.

She is actively involved in the structures of many prestigious international organisations of legal professionals. Her functions include: Secretary of the European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers Association and Founding Member of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators. For many years she was a member of the Advisory Board, European Criminal Bar Association. She also currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Board of the Women Lawyers’ Interest Group (WIG). This is a forum under the International Bar Association – the world’s largest International Bar Association – to discuss issues of global importance to women practitioners.

Prior to joining TVN, she was a partner at leading law firms in Poland: Raczkowski Paruch and Wardyński i Wspólnicy, where she dealt with, among others, the construction, implementation and monitoring of compliance procedures, as well as the area of cyber security and criminal law for business, serving multinationals and major Polish companies.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, postgraduate studies at the Jagiellonian University and attorney traineeship in Warsaw.
