Legal Counsel, Managing Partner.

Specialist in labor law and commercial law. She is an outstanding expert in labor law, particularly in areas where labor law intersects with commercial law.

She has extensive experience in litigation. She is a member of the Labor Law Association. Attorney Marta Kopeć is a personal legal advisor to Board Members, Managing Directors, Human Resources Directors of employers operating in Poland. Marta Kopeć is also the author of numerous legal opinions and articles on labor law. At the law firm, she supervises the Department of Law for Business.

Since 2009 she has been advising consumers and entrepreneurs in their business activities. She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the School of Italian and European Law established at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and conducted in cooperation with the Faculty of Law of the University of Catania (Universita’ degli studi di Catania Facolta’ di Giurisprudenza). In 2015, she received a diploma from the Warsaw School of Economics, where she completed the postgraduate course „Academy of Companies” with a very good result.

Her passion for labor law has been with her since her studies, which she completed by defending her master’s thesis at the Department of Labor Law under the title „Work-Life Balance, or Work-Life Balance,” written under the guidance of Prof. Małgorzata Gersdorf, PhD. Over many years of working in law firms, as well as in her own business, Marta Kopeć has been involved in labor law consulting, litigation in this area, as well as handling industrial disputes on behalf of employers, creating documents such as employment contracts, non-competition agreements, work regulations, anti-mobbing policies and many others. Certainly, her experience in labor litigation seems invaluable, as it influences the selection of the best solutions to prevent problematic situations or deal with existing ones.
