Drawing on his experience in strategic consulting, he advises clients at every stage of a transaction, from its planning, through conducting legal research and preparing and negotiating transaction documentation, to its final settlement in the post-transaction period.

Throughout the transaction process, he leads and coordinates the team’s work, ensuring that clients are kept informed of the progress of the work and receive the support they need.
