Professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Head of the EIT Food Consumer Engagement Labs project, where consumers work together with food companies to design innovative food products, and the EIT Food PSRAL project, which includes the InfraBooster program, facilitating universities and research institutes from different parts of Europe to make research infrastructure available to companies in the agri-food sector.

He has work experience in the high-tech industry in Poland, Finland and the UK, and has also worked at Japan’s Tokyo Institute of Technology. He was an expert coordinator of the GreenEvo Green Technology Accelerator, a member of the United Nations Executive Committee on Technology and the UNFCCC Committee on Climate Change Loss and Damage, a consultant to the European Commission’s Research and Innovation Observatory and the World Intellectual Property Organization, was a co-founder and member of the first board of directors of EIT Food, as well as managing the regional branch of the EIT Food Seedbed agri-food technology incubator. He has authored numerous scientific publications, specializing in innovation and technology management issues.
