Piotr Kwiatkowski is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and Warsaw University, and holds a PhD in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. He is the author of numerous publications on finance and banking, in particular on financing investment projects, syndicated loans and credit risk assessment and management.

He has been involved in the banking industry for more than 20 years. He worked, among others, at Bank Handlowy (now City Bank Handlowy) and Pekao S.A. Since 2007 he has been involved with the Credit Agricole Group, initially as General Manager of Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank Branch in Poland, and since 2013 on the Board of Directors of Credit Agricole Bank Polska, as Vice President responsible for corporate and investment banking, capital markets and macroeconomic analysis.
