Entrepreneur and serial investor who has been committed to helping business angels through the COBIN Angels network, of which he is Co-Founder and Managing Partner. Robert inspires investors with his passion for building positive impact through investment and believes that through modern technologies we can truly change the world for the better. As part of Cobin Angels, he initiated the establishment of the Impact Angels club, the Polish Angels educational platform, the Business Angel of the Year competition and the Report „How do the best business angels in Poland invest?”.

He has gained his experience at the country and regional levels of corporate career and currently shares his knowledge as a member of the supervisory boards of several companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange. Among the companies Robert helps in their development are Work Service S.A , E1S and startups such as Photon, Salesbook.

In his career, he has participated in numerous international projects with global companies such as Xerox, Hewlett-Packard and Atos. He supervised and was responsible for the implementation of innovative projects in Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, Egypt and Turkey.

He is actively involved in a number of industry organizations to help build business internationally with his knowledge and experience. He worked as a board member in numerous organizations including: Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications, Warsaw Executive MBA Alumni Association and French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland, Alliance for Innovation – a Polish-American Foundation. He is the initiator of the Confederation of Business Angels Poland and a board member of the European Business Angels Network and GEN Invest.

For years, Robert has been a mentor for start-up founders and a jury member in competitions for start-ups (e.g. MIT Enterprise Forum, Microsoft Imagine Cup, PWC expert, Open Socisty and Space Com). He actively supports start-ups from Central Europe, promoting young projects and founders in the international environment and helping them to secure funding for further development.

Robert is a graduate of MBA studies at Carlson School of Management and Warsaw School of Economics, as well as individual interuniversity studies at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin University of Technology and Catholic University of Lublin.
