Fernando is the head of business development in Bizum, the leading mobile payment solution in Spain with more than 23 million users purely based on instant payments. Additionally, he has been involved in several European payment initiatives: appointed by the ECB as an external advisor for the digital euro investigation, also he is part of the SPL Group held by the EPC and was involved in the product definition of EPI.
