She is a specialist in clinical psychology, psychotherapist, certified psychooncologist and supervisor of psychooncology (cert. no. 2 of the Polish Society of Psychooncology). She is the substantive director of the postgraduate course entitled. „Psychosomatics and somatopsychology” at SWPS University since 2013.

Graduate of numerous national and international trainings in the cognitive-behavioral trend in the classical and third wave approaches (including, mindfulness, schema therapy, EMDR trauma therapy, DBT dialectical behavioral therapy, ACT acceptance and commitment therapy), as well as in the Ericksonian therapy trend (Milton H. Erickson Foundation, Phoenix Arizona USA and a comprehensive training at the Polish Ericksonian Institute). She completed a 4.5-year course in psychotherapy provided by the Association for Psychiatry and Community Care.

She is president of the Center for Integral Psychotherapy Ltd. and president of the PSYCHE SOMA POLIS Association. She heads the team of psychologists at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center for People after Mental Crises in Puszczykowo. She teaches psychology at the I. J. Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznan. She is the author of popularizing articles (including „Newsweek Psychology”, „Newsweek health”) and scientific articles.
