Iga Czubak is the founder and CEO of one of the fastest-growing Polish startups: Apollo Roślinny Qurczak® – producer of the only bean-based meat alternative in the world with a structure resembling muscle fibers. The project was selected for the foodtech.ac acceleration program, Business Model Mastering implemented by Google for Startups, and it was included in the Foodtech500 list of the best food-tech startups in the world for two years straight.

Neurocognitive psychologist fascinated by food and new technologies, and how they can reduce the negative impact of food production on the planet. Winner of the list of Forbes 100 Women, 50 Most Creative People in Business, and 20 Best Innovators. She fights for the rights of women and animals and wants her company to be an inclusive, safe space for everyone. She focuses her work on spreading the idea of small steps using a strategic and neuropsychological approach. She believes that even the smallest change in life can bring spectacular results – for example, changing one meal a week to a plant-based dish.
