Certified expert in strategic DEI management (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), TEDx speaker and Forbes 30 Under 30 laureate.

Has 10 years of experience working with DEI in business, advising international organizations on how to create DEI strategies and build an inclusive work culture. Previously, Susanna served as Diversity and Inclusion Leader at IKEA, where she co-created and implemented the first 3-year DEI strategy in Poland. Implemented such projects as Gender Equal Pay and Poland’s first Refugee Skills for Employment project. Susanna is also a certified trainer of Unconscious Bias (NeuroLeadership Institute) and Inclusive Inventory (Aperian Global).

She is a graduate of SWPS University, where she completed a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She also earned a specialization in diversity psychology at Harvard University.
