Mariusz has many years of experience in the IT industry, gained by implementing projects for clients from the financial and telecommunications sectors, related to IT infrastructure, applications, and digital transformation.

He completed Executive MBA studies at the prestigious British Henley Business School. He is also a graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He has many industry certificates in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-RMP, PSM, SAFe), IT operations (COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF), and business strategy development (INSEAD).
