With over 15 years of experience in management consulting, he worked with a range of retailers in both mixed and pure-play models. His field of expertise covers digital transformation, pricing strategies, customer experience, and customer loyalty. He has extensive experience in revenue management and development of customer-centric strategies based on advanced analytical tools. Maciej advised leading Polish and International companies from both the B2C and B2B sectors. He is a practitioner with previous experience as Interim Manager responsible for business monetization.
