Entrepreneur and leader who, together with his business partners, has successfully developed Unity Group for 25 years. During this time, he has held the most key roles in the organization from head of sales and marketing to chief operating officer. He has participated in several hundred projects in the areas of digital transformation, online marketing and e-commerce. Since 2016, he has served as CEO and is responsible for all business areas of the company, ensuring its steady growth. Unity Group survived both the Internet bubble in 2001 and the financial crisis in 2008, and today it continues to grow rapidly (Unity Group’s revenue is PLN 120 million in 2022).

Grzegorz Kuczynski is particularly focused on building an organizational culture based on maturity, partnership, responsibility, trust, transparent communication and company values. He effectively implements the practices of progressive organizations at Unity Group and continuously develops them. Currently, Unity Group works based on the philosophy of Team of Teams, i.e. agile, decision-making teams focused on common goals. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at Wroclaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Service Management at Wroclaw University of Economics. He also graduated from „The Strategic Leadership Academy” at ICAN Institute in 2017.
