HR Director at GSK Poland, associated with the HR area for over 10 years. Psychologist, graduate of the University of A. Mickiewicz in Poznan, he completed postgraduate studies in HR Management at the WSB in Poznan. Currently in the process of obtaining the ACC ICF certificate.

At GSK Poland, responsible for creating and implementing HR strategies and operational activities supporting business goals in an organization employing 2 200 people. Vast experience in managing change projects. Created the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council – an advisory team for the management board in the area of diversity management.

Jaroslaw is also associated with the non-governmental organization – Grupa Stonewall, where he is providing trainings and consultations for international organizations on how to create DEI strategies and build an inclusive work culture.
