Has been professionally involved in sustainability for 17 years. She supports large companies in ESG transformation including building ESG (environmental, social and governance) strategies, reporting, implementing circular solutions and communicating with the market. Since 2014, she has been promoting the topic of responsible fashion and sustainable consumption on her blog How to Wear Fair, and her commitment to promoting sustainability in the fashion sector has been recognized by ELLE Magazine with the 2018 ELLE Style Awards statuette.

She teaches at postgraduate courses at universities including Kozminski University and is a juror of many competitions on responsible consumption, circular economy or corporate social responsibility.

In 2013, her doctoral dissertation on intersectoral cooperation received the first prize in the prestigious Verba Veritatis competition. She is the author of the first book on the Polish market dedicated to cooperation between companies and NGOs on socially and environmentally engaged projects („The Power of Cooperation”). She co-founded the first initiative in Poland to promote circular economy – the RECONOMY Coalition for a Closed Circuit Economy.
