Acting General Director of National Roads and Highways Engineer, entrepreneur, civil servant who enjoys teamwork and challenges.

Graduate of construction and spatial management, as well as postgraduate studies in information technology and energy efficiency, among others.

From 2008 to 2015 he worked in various positions at the Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy, later the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development.

From 2015 to 2018, he was deputy minister at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction.

Since August 2018, he has headed the General Directorate of National Roads and Highways.
