As a Gallup talent coach and trainer, she specializes in developing individuals and teams based on their strengths, supports building diverse teams and inclusive workplaces, and helps unleash creativity and create innovation by moderating Design Thinking and Creativity+Thinking processes. She has experience in both the day-to-day management of businesses and teams, as well as creating long-term development strategies and business plans. She is currently affiliated with Concordia Design, where she works as an expert and project manager, and with the Stonewall Group in Poznan, where she is involved in DEI, alliance and inclusive language training.
