From 1991 to 1996, he was Polish consul in Los Angeles and Montreal. He was also a manager and trainer at training companies Cedho and Chiltern. Since 2003, he has served as a plenipotentiary of the board of directors of the Marketing Communication Association SAR. Since 2005 – a member of the board of directors of ZKDP, and since 2010 – president of the AdArtis association. He is a member of the board of directors of The European Association of Communications Agencies (EACA), based in Brussels, and president of the Marka dla Polski Foundation. From 2007 to 2009 he held the position of Chairman of the Advertising Council.
