He worked as Cargill’s Credits & Incentives Lead in eastern EMEA helping bring substantial capex deployment to CEE’s ag-industry.

Sebastian served as government consultant in agricultural & rural development matters in more than 20 countries in CEE, Caucasus, Middle East & Asia. He is a strong advocate for region’s food industry potential, frequently publishing or talking to branch media about Europe’s farming innovation.

At Agreena, Sebastian leads the development of voluntary carbon credit market in CEE region focusing on both the supply side of regenerative soils as well as the demand rails among sustainability sensitive food industry leaders.
