Agnieszka Kłos-Siddiqui has many years of managerial experience in the financial sector. She started working at Provident Polska in 2007. Since 2016, she was a member of the Management Board at Provident Polska and headed the Sales and Customer Service division. Prior to that, Agnieszka managed the Business Development Office, as well as the Finance Department. Prior to joining Provident Polska, she gained her professional experience at Ernst & Young Audit Sp. z o.o., with which she was associated for over 8 years, and at Greig Middleton, an English company providing consulting and brokerage services. She is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and is qualified as a chartered accountant and FCCA.
She has been CEO of Provident Poland since January 2018. She took up this position as the first woman and the first Polish woman. She manages a company where diversity is valued and half of the board is female. Agnieszka Kłos-Siddiqui is the chairperson of the platform „Kierunek: Kobieta Biznesu”, which operates at the Employers of Poland organisation, as well as a plenipotentiary of the Board of Employers of Poland for equal treatment of women and men. Agnieszka is a multiple participant in webinars, interviews and discussions related to equality, quotas, empowerment and visibility of the role of women. At Provident, she inaugurated the 'Provident Women’s Power’ project, which aims to strengthen women’s involvement, help them develop their careers and inspire them to be brave and reach for more.
