Vice President of the Bank’s Management Board, supervises the Retail Banking Division

A manager with 20 years of experience in banking, he has been with Bank Pekao S.A. for 3 years, with the Retail Banking Division. Since December 2017, he served as Director of the Retail Credit Products Department, where he managed retail customer credit products and was responsible for sales levels, portfolio quality and product performance and development.

Prior to joining Bank Pekao S.A., he worked at PKO Bank Polski, Bank Citi Handlowy and Bank BPH, responsible for the development and management of credit products, including mortgage loans, and the CRM function. From 2000 to 2008, he was associated with General Electric Capital in Poland, with GE Money Bank. He worked in positions related to product management, new business model development, strategic pricing and financial management, Lean Six Sigma programs.

He holds a university degree and an MBA from the University of Gdansk, Copenhagen Business School, Universiteit Antwerpen. He has completed training courses through the GE Management Development Institute, including Six Sigma Black Belt and Advanced Manager Course.

Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Pekao Direct Sp. z o.o. since March 2021.
