Chief Technological Officer
Since 2020, a member of the management team at Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland. As the Chief Technological Officer, he is responsible for the development and maintenance of IT systems, broadcasting technologies, technical aspects of entertainment and news content production, AdTech, as well as the coordination and implementation of online and OTT systems.

Previously, for many years, he led operational departments, cross-functional teams, and large-scale transformational projects. He served as the Head of the Research and Development Center and Director of the Network Research and Development Division, as well as the Competence Center for International Orange Labs in Poland.

He implemented a Service Management Center that monitors the real-time performance of a telecommunications operator’s commercial services, as well as a Shared Service model for the Research and Development Center working from Poland for the entire international group. He was responsible for the deployment of LTE networks, comprehensive procurement management, electricity consumption, and network transformation in this area. He introduced the patent process, the Orange Lab innovation accelerator, and 12 editions of the Telekreator competition for the most innovative business ideas.

He serves as the President of the Board of the Foundation for Supporting the Development of Radiocommunication and Multimedia Technologies.
