Marcin Gajdziński became the General Manager of IBM in Poland and Baltics in November 2021. He has almost 30 years of experience in sales management on the IT market, both in Poland and baltic countries.

Marcin Gajdziński started working at IBM in 1993 and has held a number of high management positions since then. In his career, he was responsible, among others, for cooperation with Business Partners, implementing a number of consolidation processes, including the creation of the IBM Innovation Center competence center and Channel One structure as part of the IBM partner organization. From 2006, he was the sales director of the IBM General Business department. Then, from 2013, he managed the IBM server solutions department.

From January 2015 to April 2018, he worked for Lenovo Polska, where he held the position of Enterprise Systems Sales Manager, and from 2017, General Director of Lenovo Global Technology. After returning to IBM, he became the director of the IBM Systems Hardware department for Poland and the Baltic countries. From 2021, he was also the leader of the IBM Technology Cross-Brand area.

Marcin Gajdziński is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice.
