Aram Sargsyan, COO FREENOW.

Originally from Yerevan, Armenia, Aram joined FREENOW in November 2022 as Chief
Operating Officer. He has extensive experience in the Taxi and Ride-Hailing market, being previously responsible for international business and strategy of Yandex.Taxi and afterwards as an advisor and investor to tech start-ups. Today, as a COO of FREENOW he is responsible for the company’s overall performance.

In his career Aram was also holding a position as a Deputy General Manager at Brunel, a
Dutch company serving the world market for professional staffing and recruitment services. Prior to that, he was a Financial Controller and Country Manager of Regions & Franchise at Swedish company EF Education First, and Financial Controller/Head of IT Department at EvoBus Russland/DaimlerChrysler Buses.

Aram has a degree in Financial Management from the International Business School of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and a degree in Business Administration at the University of Borås.

He is a former professional chess player and following his passions: certified international barista and sailing captain.
