Bartosz Józefiak has been a Management Board Member since November 2019. At Benefit Systems he is responsible for the company’s finances and investor relations, internal audit, compliance, PR and ESG. He also supervises the legal, IT and PMO department, as well as Benefit Systems’ fitness clubs in Poland.

He started his professional career with Wrigley Polska. In 2003-2007, he worked for Kraft Foods as financial analyst, and subsequently, for Kraft Foods Oesterreich GmbH as the head of financial control. In later years, he was a financial director at Avery Dennison R.I.S., the Zelmer Capital Group and Skarbiec TFI S.A. In 2014, jointly with his team, he carried out the process of the initial public offering of the shares of Skarbiec Holding S.A. He was also the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the ProService Finteco Group. Mr Józefiak is a graduate of the Business Management Faculty of the Poznań University of Economics and Business.
