Tomasz Konik heads the firm in Poland and the Baltics as of June 2020, while also serving as area leader for key clients and business sector programs in Central Europe.

Tomasz began his career at Deloitte Tax Advisory more than 20 years ago. He built and developed tax teams in Katowice, Krakow, Rzeszow and Ostrava. Prior to becoming Managing Partner, as Vice President, he additionally served as Head of Strategic Consulting in the Consulting department.

Tomasz is actively involved in social and nonprofit activities, including being a mentor in the LeadersIN program and a member of the Male Champions of Change Club. On his initiative, the Deloitte Poland Foundation was established to support pro-climate, educational and charity projects.

Tomasz Konik graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice, the international MBA program of St. Gallen Business School and AMP studies at IESE Business School Universidad de Navarra. He is also a graduate of programs at IMD in Lausanne, Harvard Business School and Oxford University. He holds the title of a licensed tax advisor.
