BIO

Anna Grabowska is the Vice President of the Management Board of Żabka Group and the Managing Director of Żabka International. Since February 2024, she has been responsible for developing new markets and overseeing the implementation of the international expansion strategy. From 2021 to 2024, she was responsible for the consumer strategy of Żabka Group, including setting the company’s development directions, building consumer, commercial, and supporting strategies such as brand strategy and private label strategy, as well as responsible and sustainable development strategy.

Since April 2016, she has served as the Vice President of Commercial Affairs at Żabka Polska, overseeing the commercial and marketing departments. She was responsible for defining and implementing the assortment, promotional, and pricing strategies of the network. She supervised the transformation of the store network into a new modern convenience format based on a new marketing strategy and an innovative vision of customer communication. She successfully transformed the store offer by developing innovative products, brands, and modern convenience services to meet the needs of contemporary consumers.

Previously, for almost 19 years, she was associated with the Tesco network, including serving as the long-standing Director of the Purchasing Department. From 2011 to 2015, she was a member of the Management Board of Tesco in Poland, serving as Vice President of Commercial Affairs. She also gained international professional experience at Tesco in the United Kingdom and Hungary, as well as being responsible for the Grocery Purchasing Team in Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary).

She is a graduate of Stanford University and Foreign Trade at the University of Economics in Krakow. She has also completed numerous management, business strategy, and team leadership programs at Polish and foreign universities, including the London Business School, INSEAD France, and the Wharton University of Pennsylvania. She holds an executive MBA diploma from Ecole de Management de Normandie and the University of Economics in Krakow.
