Jan Michalski heads the Deloitte Digital (Customer & Marketing) team in Central Europe. He manages a department of more than 200 people and together advises clients on the implementation of technology platforms, in particular, Salesforce, to support the digital transformation of businesses.

Jan has more than fifteen years of experience in the areas of CRM, mobile, sales support and customer service. He specializes in the implementation of modern technologies and their use to improve business results and build long-term customer relationships.
