Kinga Piecuch, Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Poland, has more than 20 years of experience in leadership positions in global technology companies. Before joining HPE, she served as Enterprise Industry Director for the Central and Eastern Europe at Microsoft. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, she held management positions at SAP: she was Head of the company's Polish division and then Head of General Business and Global Channel for Austria; CEE. From 2006 to 2013, she managed Xerox operations in the Polish market, leading its business transformation. Before that, from 2000 to 2006, she was the Director of SMB Sales at IBM. She started her career in public administration.

Privately, she is passionate about authentic leadership and loves to read fiction, non-fiction books and publications on geopolitics. She collects art and supports women in their personal and professional development. She is proud of the next generation of socially and professionally engaged women who started their careers by her side.
