Director of the Wealth Management Area of Santander Bank Polska, director of Santander Brokerage Office.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in the fields of International Economic and Political Relations and Management and Marketing, as well as doctoral studies. In addition, he completed the Inter-Alpha Banking Program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.

He has many years of experience in private banking development and management. Since 1998, he was associated with Kredyt Bank S.A., where from 2000 he created from scratch and then managed and developed the Private Banking Department. From 2011 to 2018, he was responsible for the development of the Polish market at Bank Hyposwiss in Zurich and Banque Privee BCP (Suisse) S.A. in Geneva. In 2018, he joined the Santander Bank Polska S.A. Group where he was responsible for integration with Deutsche Bank in the Private Banking area.

In 2020, he was entrusted with the role of director of the Wealth Management area, which includes the Private Banking department and Santander Brokerage. He is also a member of the supervisory board of Santander TFI.

Privately an advocate of active recreation, he is an amateur triathlete. Multiple participant in IRONMAN competitions.
