Communication professional, practitioner, and strategist, working in communication and PR industry for over 20 years. Currently, Director Corporate Affairs for 34 markets of Central and Eastern Europe in the global pharmaceutical concern Haleon (formerly GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare). Previously associated with the CCC Group as the Director of Corporate Communications and Sustainability, and for 14 years with Kraft Foods/Mondelez International, responsible for Corporate Communications and External Relations for Central Europe, Poland and the Baltics. In the years 2014-2016 Agnieszka was in charge of Internal Communications for Mondelez in the Europe region. Known for her involvement in sectoral work of industry associations, active promotion of ethics in marketing and PR activities, and self-regulation. A long- time member of the Board of the Advertising Council, previously its President in the years 2019-2021. Member of the PR Directors Club.

Formerly, she worked for public relations agencies, and for 8 years was associated with the Polish branch of the international PR agency Edelman, managing the Consumer Communications department and projects for the largest companies in the FMCG industry. She graduated with a law degree and studied management and marketing with a specialization in PR at the University of Silesia. A graduate of the Executive MBA studies at Collegium Humanum.

Juror and fan of the Złote Spinacze competition of the Association of Public Relations Companies – a prestigious competition evaluating projects in the field of PR, communication and employer branding.
