Vice President at Embraer Commercial Aviation for Europe and Central Asia. In this role, he is managing and supervising all aircraft sales campaigns in the region, implementing Embraer’s global strategy and building a more sustainable future of aviation by driving fleet transitions to next generation aircraft.

Nowak joined Embraer in 2018 as a Marketing Director for EMEA & Central Asia. He was responsible for Embraer’s product and brand positioning as well as supporting the strategic sales campaigns across the region. Before joining Embraer, Michal worked for LOT Polish Airlines as Executive Director Strategy and Innovation. In this role he supported their carriers restructuring plan and developed the growth strategy that advanced LOT into the fastest growing network airline in Europe. He also represented the
airline in the Star Alliance Management Board.

Michal also possesses extensive experience in management consulting, having worked for Boston Consulting Group for several years. Michal graduated in Law and Administration from Warsaw University and the University of Catania.
