Jerzy Śledziewski , Senior Advisor, BCG Warsaw

Jerzy Śledziewski is BCG Senior Advisor to the Financial Institutions practice. He brings over 23 years of experience, including in managerial roles in local banks that were part of large international groups (BNPP, KBC/Santander, and Citigroup). Jerzy has considerable expertise in extensive transformation and organic development of banking areas. ​From 2016 to 2021, as the Vice President of the Management Board of BNP Paribas Bank Polska, he was responsible for the corporate banking, SME area and for the 3 group’s subsidiaries.
