Katarzyna Januszkiewicz, PhD, Professor at the SWPS University, psychologist and specialist in organisation and management, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the SWPS University in Warsaw. She conducts research within the sub-discipline of organisational behaviour, e.g. in the field of changing people’s behaviour in organisations and research methodology of social aspects of management. Author of more than 60 scientific publications, participant of several national and international research projects. Repeatedly awarded for her scientific activity and work for the development of the university and didactics. Awarded the Bronze Medal by the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski. In 2011-2013
Twice appointed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education to the Council of Young Scientists of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Member of the Scientific Council of the Ombudsman for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
