Neil is a humanitarian professional with over 15 years of experience in conflict and disaster contexts. Before starting last year as Country Director for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in Poland, Neil worked with NRC, the Red Cross Movement, and the United Nations to tackle complex humanitarian challenges across South-East Asia, the Middle East, Central and West Africa, and the Caribbean. Neil holds degrees from both Carleton University and Cambridge University.
