Michał Magdziak is Product Development Manager. At STRŌER Polska, he is responsible for implementing and supervising the company’s product strategy and its development process. The product offer should meet the needs of customers and at the same time be in line with the company’s business goals.

Previously, he was a Product Owner at RiftPay, where he created a process that allows application users to share costs in real-time. Apart from the fintech industry, he gained experience on a project in the Machine learning/AI sector responsible for monitoring company/departmental processes, accelerating them and eliminating errors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Finance from Austin College in the United States.
