Agnieszka Pachciarz is a legal adviser, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has been Director of the Wielkopolska Regional Branch of the National Health Fund since January 2017.
From March to June 2012, she was Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Health, after which she was appointed President of the National Health Fund. She held this function until December 2013.
After her studies, she took up a job at the Legal Office of the Wielkopolska Chamber of Physicians in Poznań, where she became Office Coordinator in 2005. In her professional career, Agnieszka Pachciarz managed medical entities – Pleszewskie Centrum Medyczne in Pleszew, Hospital in Słupca, University Centre for Dentistry and Specialised Medicine (a company owned by the University of Medical Sciences in Poznań). She was also involved in advising medical entities and their owners and providing legal services to companies. From February to September 2015, she was Deputy Mayor of the City of Poznań.
