Alan Moseley is the Country Director for the International Rescue Committee in Poland. Prior to this, he was Country Director for IRC in Myanmar (from 2018-2022) and Lebanon (from 2013-2018). Alan’s earlier professional experience also includes work on humanitarian programs in Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, South Sudan, and Kyrgyzstan and inter-ethnic reconciliation initiatives in the Balkans. Alan has a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
