A manager with in-depth experience in the finance and insurance sector. Since 2016, she has sat on the PZU Życie SA Management Board, first as a Member and then, since February 2021, as the President of the Management Board. Previously, she acquired her professional experience in other multinational companies, including members of the ING Group, HDI (currently Warta), Sony Europe and Philips S.A., where she managed the Marketing and Business Intelligence team in 17 countries of the region. She also collaborated with the Public Policy Evaluation and Analysis Center at the Jagiellonian University.

She graduated from the Sociology Faculty at the Jagiellonian University. She also completed numerous managerial programs in the area of strategy, management and finance at various renowned educational institutions, including Columbia University, the London School of Economics and Political Science and the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management. She holds an Executive MBA degree from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
