Group Vice President – Programming & Operation
Bogdan Czaja has been associated with TVN television since the early months of its existence and currently holds the position of Director of Programming and Operations at Warner Bros. Discovery Poland. He is responsible for the program strategy and channel initiatives for the entire entertainment portfolio in the country, and since spring 2023, he has also oversees the Eurosport channels. This new role coincides with the extensive introduction of sports content to the Warner Bros. Discovery channels and platforms in Poland.

He is an expert with over twenty years of experience in the television and media industry. In 2001, he introduced and subsequently held the position of Programming Director for TVN7, the first thematic channel within the TVN group. Concurrently, as Deputy Programming Director, he co-created the programming policy, participated in the adaptation of international formats for the Polish market, and supervised the portfolio of thematic channels within the group. He is responsible for partnership collaboration with key institutions and contractors of the main channel, strategic broadcasting projects, and special events for Warner Bros. Discovery in Poland.

Prior to joining the TVN team, he worked at RMF FM radio, the first nationwide commercial radio station, as a journalist and news programs editor, and later as an editorial secretary.

He is a graduate of journalism from Jagiellonian University.
