Donata Wolińska – Chief Digital & Marketing Officer L’Oréal Poland & Baltics

Donata Wolińska holds the strategic role of Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at L’Oréal Poland Baltic HUB, which heads the transformation of an organization to one centered around the consumer, customer, based on data, modern technologies and optimization.

Over the years, she has held a number of key positions on the management boards of international companies, such as Unilever and Tchibo GmbH. She managed commercial organizations as General Manager of the Cosmetics & Household Care Products, as well as Sales Director of Modern Trade at Unilever. As Marketing Director for years she managed number of various categories and brands both locally and regionally, in the FMCG, eCommerce and own retail stores channels.
Donata Wolińska is a graduate of the Silesian Academy of Economics (Trade and Services). She has also completed postgraduate doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Management), the University of Social Psychology (Social Psychology in Organization Development Management), ESADE (Retail Innovation) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (Digital Marketing).

She has worked with startups in the area of biometric neuromarketing research conducted for the American Advertising Association, among others.

She holds an advisory function on supervisory boards of other industries while also being a member of the supervisory board of the IAA International Advertising Association, an arbitrator on the Advertising Ethics Commission, a juror for the Effie Awards in Poland and Europe, or the first Polish edition of the YouTube Works Awards. She participates in the steering committee of the Coalition of Marketers aiming for a single sourced advertising.
