CEO at L’Oréal Poland and Baltics

Valéry Gaucherand has been involved with L’Oréal and the cosmetics industry for more than 20 years. Prior to his current position, he served as General Manager of L’Oréal Vietnam, where he led the division through digital transformation and e-commerce. During his career at L’Oréal, he has held leadership posts in markets around the world, including Mexico, Chile, Turkey and Ireland and the United Kingdom.

With a focus on business development, Valéry Gaucherand is committed to sustainable business and innovation, particularly in initiatives related to supporting gender equality and protecting the planet, as well as in the areas of beauty tech and e-commerce.

Valéry Gaucherand is a graduate of HEC Paris (École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris. He is a member of UN Global Compact Network Poland General Assembly, a representative of the Council of the French-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Vice-President of the Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry.
