Vice-President of the Bank’s Management Board, supervises the Financial Division

A graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, Faculty of National Economy, major: finance and banking, and Master of Business Administration – Executive MBA with a specialisation in business management. He has extensive managerial experience. He served as President of the Management Board of Tauron Polska Energia S.A. and was a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Committee.

Previously, he was Vice President of the Management Board for Finance at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. He also served on the management boards of, among others: Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A., ZOWER Sp. z o.o., PGNiG Termika Energetyka Przemysłowa S.A., Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej S.A. in Jastrzębie-Zdrój and Polska Grupa Biogazowa S.A..

Paweł Strączyński additionally serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Krajowa Izba Rozliczeniowa S.A., a Member of the Board of Directors of KGHM International LTD with its registered office in Canada and a Member of the Team of Economic Advisors to the Ministry of State Assets.

Paweł Strączyński meets the suitability requirements set out in Article 22aa of the Banking Law.
