Martyn comes with over 25 years of experience in the industry, and with a genuine passion for aviation.
He started his aviation career in engineering, and service support at Rolls-Royce, and has since gained significant knowledge and expertise across many key business functions, with his primary focus for over 20 years being Sales and Marketing.
After successfully leading the European region for Embraer since 2017, Martyn took on the role of Chief Commercial Officer for Embraer Commercial Aviation in 2020 to provide Global Leadership and grow the business out of the impacts of the pandemic. Utilizing his experience across many markets including Europe, Asia, Americas, Australasia and the Middle East & Africa, Marty has built a track record in developing strong partnerships and driving growth in the business. Under his leadership, Embraer has significantly expanded the aircraft order book and is well positioned in the market with exciting future opportunities and partnerships on the horizon. Martyn is highly committed to developing people, culture and moving the business forward.
Privately, he is married, with two young girls, and a winter sports enthusiast.
