Dorota Sawicz – HR Director of the LUX MED Group. An experienced HR manager, she specializes in managing HR processes in the medical sector. She is currently responsible for the entire HR area of the LUX MED Group, including the integration of subsidiaries. She promotes a strategic, partnership approach in cooperation with business. She is a member of the Reskliling Program Council. In the Puls Medycyny competition, she was awarded the title of best HR manager in health care. She is a graduate of the MBA program at Kozminski University in Warsaw. She also completed, among other things, postgraduate studies in Labor Law at Jagiellonian University and courses in management at National Louis University in Chicago.
